Yum! Yum! Finger licking good food. Still time to catch a bite to eat. Festival closes at 10 PM tonight. don't miss going to Pigasus.
Pigasus has been around about eight years founded exclusively at festivals where proprietors Diane & Tom operate one of the most famous eateries in Buffalo and Western New York Region and Niagara County. They roast sweet corn, sweet potatoes and baby potatoes. The sweet corn is dipped in a buttery sauce...the sweet potatoes smothered in butter sprinkled with brown sugar & cinnamon...the baby roasted potatoes topped with their specialy herbs all smothered in a mouth watering sauce. And for dessert a pink colored sugar cookie shaped like a pig snout. If you missed them at the Italian Heritage Festival catch up with them at their next festival "Smoking Eagle" in Wheatfield, N.Y. 716 754-1220.
